Utah Domestic Violence Coalition is a private non-profit organization recognized nationally for providing expertise concerning issues of domestic and sexual violence to member programs, community partners and others in Utah.

Amethyst Center for Healing is a non-profit counseling center in Salt Lake City. Amethyst provides trauma-informed counseling services, domestic violence evaluations and treatment, and counseling services for adults, children, couples, and families. Amethyst has a second location affectionately referred to as My Aunties’ House, where men who have used violence in their families can live and learn how to be peaceful partners, fathers and community members. Collaboration with courts, community stakeholders and other DV service providers is essential to the work happening at their locations. Amethyst attempts to remove barriers to high quality counseling services and domestic violence intervention. 

Cornerstone Counseling specializes in treatment services for addiction, mental health, trauma, and intimate partner violence. We offer individual, group and family counseling to children, adolescents and adults. Clinical staff are licensed mental health therapists focused on trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment.

YWCA Utah was the first domestic violence shelter in the state of Utah, serving generations of women and families. Today, through direct services to survivors and their families, we are setting new standards for trauma-informed, equitable, and effective programs and services.
